Exchanges and Returns

To return a product, you must first submit the return request within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

To return a product, it must be new, without signs of use and the original packaging must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Upon return, our team will evaluate the product and accept or refuse the return. You will be informed by email.

It is very important to protect the product and packaging when returning the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or seek compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.

When you request a return using the returns form, you will receive a document that must be included in the return package. If the package is received without a return form, it will not be accepted.

The shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
