Yes, we can arrange practically all pairs to order, just send us a message on our Instagram ( @decokicks ), with all the information regarding the pair and/or size you want.

When you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Keep an eye out for spam in your email, our order confirmation email may be directed there.

All products are sent in a safety box to guarantee their total protection, in their original packaging and with all accessories included.

Orders to mainland Portugal and islands are sent by CTT (Correios de Portugal). Orders to the rest of Europe are sent via DHL or UPS.

When your order is accepted in the carrier's system, you will receive an SMS and email with its tracking number. Access the carrier's website, enter the tracking number and you will have all the information regarding the delivery of your order.

If delivery fails, the order will be available for collection at the nearest CTT post on the next business day. You have around 5 working days to pick it up. To find out which CTT post your order is at, access the CTT website and enter the tracking number of your order.
